“Mark Weekenders” Presentation |

| Following the "Mark Weekend Away" held last February in Llandudno various items were purchased to enhance the lives of the residents at Mayfield Court Care Home in Knotty Ash, Liverpool. Mayfield Fellowship caters for the needs of some 30 residents who are suffering from cerebral palsy and other associated neurological disorders. www.mayfieldcourt.org | |
| The presentation was made on Friday 15th. August by the Provincial Grand Master Rt.W.Bro Peter Connolly on behalf of the West Lancashire Mark Charities coupled with the Garston and Liverpool Mark Lodges. |

| The items donated included garden and gardening equipment, a projector, a sewing machine hairdressing equipment and art and craft items. | |
| During our visit a 75th Birthday party with entertainment took place which we were invited to attend. | |

| It was a delightful, heart warming and enjoyable afternoon spent at Mayfield Court where we were well received by the Chief Executive, Mrs Carole Ackers, the Quality Manager Mrs Victoria Jones, their staff of professional dedicated carers and all the residents. A letter of appreciation has been received. | |
